INTERNATIONAL PERFORMANCES

NEW YORK CITY, USA
LHE made its international debut as the first Singapore dance group to perform in New York City, at the Midsummer Night’s Swing Festival 2000 at the Lincoln Centre for the Performing Arts, in a collaboration with the Mama Lou Parks Jazz Dancers (Harlem, NYC) and the Jiving Lindy Hoppers (London, UK).

EDINBURGH, UK
LHE was also the first Singapore dance group to perform at the world's largest arts festival - the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland UK. LHE’s show “Swing Changes” ran for two weeks in August 2000 and wowed international audiences. LHE also danced to the Hot Antic Jazz Band (France) at the Edinburgh International Jazz & Blues Festival.
