CARE TO DANCE 2005

Care to Dance is about helping others and having fun at the same time! Organised by YMCA of Singapore and Lindy Hop Ensemble (LHE), Care to Dance is an all-new initiative organised by youth and for the youth, to benefit less privileged children. This project is in celebration of SHINE, a youth festival supported by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and the National Youth Council.

In Care to Dance, volunteers will learn fun and vibrant jazz & lindy hop dance moves in an energetic and engaging dance workshop. They will then share their new-found dance skills as learning facilitators to child beneficiaries.

Interested youths (aged 16 - 35) must register by 15 June 2005 to get into the thick of action! No dance experience required.

VOLUNTEERING SESSION:
Date: 25 June 2005 (Saturday)
Time: 2pm - 6pm
Venue: YMCA Student Care Centre
